The other day at CafeMom, a story was going around about a Dutch couple living in Hong Kong who had adopted a South Korean infant ... and then returned her to the orphanage seven years later, when she got pregnant. The general concensus was outrage, and I agree that adoptive parents are obligated to care for their children just as biological parents are. Having said that,

In recent months moms I know have been blogging about the reasons they decided to have children, primarily in response to a snarky broad who wrote a column listing all the reasons she decided NOT to have children.
I decided to create my own list, based on my experience as an adoptive parent. I posted it here.
